An Effortlessly Composed Wedding at Casa Olivi in the Italian Hills
Photographed by Andrea Di Giampasquale
From the moment Alyssa and Aaron arrived at Casa Olivi, it was clear that the venue wouldn’t be a backdrop—it would be the setting. Clean lines, raw textures, and uninterrupted views over Le Marche shaped the rhythm of the day. Every detail felt intentional, but nothing tried too hard.
The couple, who travelled from California, let the architecture and landscape take the lead. A modern stone farmhouse with a cinematic poolside terrace, Casa Olivi offered something grounded yet elevated—“a refined and finely curated venue,” as photographer Andrea Di Giampasquale described it. The ceremony was held in the open air, framed by soft florals and sculptural signage, the kind that feels less like decor and more like a gesture.
Dinner was served as the sky shifted through apricot and blush, eventually settling into candlelit blue. A single table stretched beside the water, the reflection of taper candles flickering just enough to suggest movement. The atmosphere was relaxed, but not loose—stylish, but never styled for the sake of it.
Even the louder moments—spontaneous dancing, guests lifted into the air—felt like they belonged here. There’s a kind of elegance in knowing what to leave out. This wedding understood that.
Alyssa and Aaron’s day didn’t follow trends or lean into spectacle. It offered something rarer: clarity, confidence, and a deep sense of place.
