About Finca Es Convent
Originally founded in 1656 by the Marquis de la Fontsanta, Es Convent was home to the friars of a religious order until 1835, when the estate passed into the hands of the Marquis’s family, where it has remained ever since, giving the property with a deep sense of history and heritage.
In 2022, it underwent a sensitive renovation, preserving its ancient vaults, arches, and cloister while introducing subtle modern touches that enhance its character. The estate’s architecture is unmistakably Mallorcan, with sandstone walls, arcaded walkways, and vine-wrapped courtyards creating an atmosphere of calm serenity.
