Château Ste-Agnès

Château Ste-Agnès feels unexpected in the Eastern Townships — a wedding venue in Sutton, Quebec with the visual language of a small European estate rather than a rural retreat. Its identity comes through in layers: vineyard rows cut into the hillside, stone terraces, a towered silhouette, and rooms shaped by arched windows, dark timber beams, parquet floors, and richly toned walls.

What defines the place is its sense of composition. The landscape has structure, but the architecture carries just as much presence — more château than barn, more old-country mood than country venue. Even with the surrounding vines and woodland, the impression is architectural first: polished, slightly romantic, and visually detailed in a way that gives the whole setting a stronger point of view.
