About Villa Ivana
Villa Ivana traces its origins to the early 1600s and has been masterfully restored to preserve its architectural legacy whilst still offering modern creature comforts. The villa sits at the base of the town of Cortona, made famous by the 2003 film “Under the Tuscan Sun,” and echoes the romance and richness of that cinematic landscape. Original terracotta floors, vaulted ceilings, antique furnishings, and painted walls tell a story of centuries past, while modern upgrades ensure today’s guests stay in luxurious comfort.
9 bedrooms accommodate up to 18 guests across the upper floors, each one distinctive with four-poster beds, marble bathrooms, and sweeping views. The villa is hired exclusively, offering complete privacy. It comfortably hosts weddings and gatherings of up to 400 guests within its expansive gardens and interiors. A consecrated private chapel makes it uniquely suited to symbolic or religious ceremonies.

9 individually styled bedrooms sleep up to 18 guests.
