Dinner shifts into a more defined setting on the Olive Tree Patio. Here, long tables sit beneath the trees, with the structure of the space bringing everyone together while still feeling outdoors. The contrast between the earlier openness and this more grounded moment gives the evening a clear centre.
As the night develops, the focus moves indoors to Salvia, where the restaurant transforms into a contained party space. Lighting, music, and the bar take over, creating a more concentrated energy that carries through the later hours.
