Wedding Packages & Pricing

Starting at €6,000, the most popular wedding package includes:
Accommodation for 12 guests for 4 nights.
Reception hire for up to 50 guests.

Additional information

All event-related elements such as ceremony setup, chairs, tables, décor, lighting, sound system, music, catering, bar service and staff are not included and must be arranged separately by the couple, at their own expense. These elements are usually coordinated by a wedding planner, which is highly recommended for events over 20 guests. Pricing varies depending on the season. Outside of July and August, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required, with no specific arrival day. During July and August, the villa is rented on a weekly basis only (Saturday to Saturday). Casa Arte does not offer ceremony-only hire, midweek discounts or partial rentals. Each wedding is entirely bespoke and tailored to the couple’s vision.

Weddings & settings

Ceremonies

Ceremonies at Casa Arte are defined by the villa’s quiet garden setting. The atmosphere is relaxed and residential, with open lawns, mature trees and landscaped spaces creating a natural frame without feeling overly formal. Casa Arte is licensed to host legally recognised ceremonies, including same-sex weddings, which makes it practical for couples who want the legal and celebratory parts of the day to happen in one place.

Gardens

The gardens provide the main ceremony setting, with space for guests to gather comfortably among trees, planting and open countryside views.

Lawn Areas

The open lawns offer a simple, flexible backdrop for ceremonies that can be shaped with seating, florals and light styling.

Villa Surroundings

Because the ceremony takes place within the same private property as the reception and accommodation, the day feels contained and easy to move through.

There is no in-house planner, but the venue can introduce couples to local planners and suppliers who know the property. A dedicated bridal changing room is available on site, keeping preparations centred at the villa.

Receptions

Receptions at Casa Arte are shaped by the villa’s outdoor spaces and the ease of having everything in one private setting. After the ceremony, drinks can be served in the gardens or by the pool, giving guests time to settle into the slower pace of the property.

For smaller dinners, the pergola seats up to 12 and works well for a more intimate meal. Larger receptions can be arranged elsewhere on the property with hired tables, lighting and catering support, allowing couples to shape the setup around the guest list and the season.

The venue can host weddings of up to 50 guests. As evening arrives, the celebration can move into a relaxed mix of dinner, music, dancing and conversation, subject to local sound regulations and agreed timings.

Casa Arte also works well for multi-day gatherings. Welcome dinners, poolside lunches and farewell brunches can all take place within the villa setting, making the wedding feel like a private Algarve stay rather than a single event.

Staying on Site

Casa Arte offers accommodation for up to 12 guests across six bedrooms. The rooms are spacious and light-filled, with a minimalist aesthetic, modern bathrooms and private terraces opening onto garden or countryside views.

The villa’s interiors are calm and restrained, with white walls, mineral concrete floors, designer furniture and large windows that bring in natural light. The style is contemporary without feeling cold, giving the space enough character while still leaving room for couples to shape it around their own wedding aesthetic.

Shared spaces include indoor lounges, a fireplace, outdoor dining areas and terraces, encouraging guests to spend time together across the stay. The villa also includes underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, a SONOS sound system, laundry facilities and family-friendly equipment such as a high chair, baby bed and children’s beds.

For additional guests, accommodation can be arranged nearby in Lagos, Bensafrim or along the surrounding Algarve coast.

Food & Atmosphere

Food at Casa Arte is fully flexible. The property is offered as a venue-only rental, so couples arrange catering and bar service independently, with recommendations available for trusted local suppliers who understand the villa’s layout and logistics.

This approach suits couples who want to shape the dining experience from the ground up. Meals might be relaxed shared dinners, formal seated menus, poolside lunches, welcome drinks or a slower farewell brunch, depending on the structure of the stay.

Alcohol distribution is permitted, and catering can be adapted for dietary requirements, cultural preferences and multi-day plans. The villa’s garden, pergola, poolside and outdoor dining areas allow each meal to feel slightly different without needing to leave the property.

The atmosphere is low-key and personal: good food, familiar people, warm evenings outside and a setting that lets the celebration stay private.
