Euridge Manor is a wildly romantic private estate in the rolling Wiltshire countryside, where grand Georgian estate architecture meets poetic gardens, candlelit ballrooms, and a floating boathouse. Available for a select number of exclusive weddings each year, it invites couples to take over an extraordinary world entirely their own.
About Euridge Manor
Built on the timeless hills of the English Cotswolds, Euridge Manor is a beautiful and cinematic estate set on 450 private acres. Once a private residence, this Georgian-style property is now one of the UK’s most distinctive wedding venues, known for its theatrical flair and visual richness. From the thatched boathouse over a mirror-still lake to crumbling arches adorned with chandeliers and rose-covered walkways, every corner is layered with detail and brimming with character.
The gardens are especially captivating, offering a series of richly textured scenes for both ceremony and exploration. Immaculate green lawns, fragrant blooms, carefully pruned topiary, and gently trickling fountains unfold across sunlit terraces, all framed by theatrical stone features and fairytale architecture.
The estate offers complete privacy and is only available for a limited number of weekend and midweek weddings each year. Couples are given exclusive use of the house, gardens, and accommodations, hosting up to 150 guests for the celebration, and sleeping 36 onsite across a curated collection of cottages, suites, and hideaways.
Weddings
Ceremonies
Euridge Manor is licensed for marriages and civil partnerships in several distinct settings across the estate, offering both indoor and outdoor options to suit the season and your style. From intimate hideaways to grand, light-filled halls, each ceremony location brings its own atmosphere, and importantly, flexibility for whatever British weather may bring.
The thatched Boathouse exudes English charm and is licensed for up to 20 seated guests, with many more able to watch from under nearby pergolas. In May, its wisteria-draped frame becomes particularly magical. It’s also equipped with a sound system for music and amplification.
The Castle Arch, one of Euridge’s most iconic photo spots, features a crystal chandelier suspended within romantic ruins – a dramatic backdrop for a signature outdoor ceremony. Just beside it, the Pergola comes into full bloom in mid-August with soft pink English roses, creating a fragrant and dreamy aisle.
For smaller indoor gatherings, the Cloister offers warmth and intimacy for up to 40 guests. The Lost Orangery, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, opulent chandeliers, and abundant natural light, accommodates up to 120 guests, making it a beautiful choice for cooler months.
The Ballroom, the estate’s grandest space, can host ceremonies of up to 160 beneath its golden chandeliers and soaring windows.
Those seeking a more traditional setting will find nearby churches in Colerne and Castle Combe just a short drive away.
Receptions
A celebration at Euridge can unfold across multiple atmospheric spaces. Summer weddings may feature al fresco dinners beneath the Portico, while the Lost Orangery offers an elegant indoor option for up to 50 dinner guests, and the grand Ballroom can host up to 150 under glittering chandeliers and flickering candlelight. Tables can be cleared post-dinner to make way for dancing as the celebration carries into the evening.
As dusk settles, the estate transforms. Aperitifs on the rose lawn or parterre terrace may lead into twilight gatherings around outdoor fire pits, candles, and braziers, while music echoes through the grounds. For weekend weddings, dancing can continue until 12:30am, with carriages at 1am. Midweek celebrations are slightly shorter, with music ending by 11pm. For those extending the festivities, brunches or picnics can be held across the gardens the next day.

Catering
Dining at Euridge is effortlessly elegant and designed to complement the natural flow of the day. The estate offers a range of beautifully atmospheric settings to suit celebrations of every scale. In summer months, couples may choose to dine al fresco under the Portico, surrounded by sculpted gardens and the scent of nearby blooms. The Orangery, with its floor-to-ceiling windows and classical symmetry, seats up to 70 guests for a refined indoor reception or rehearsal dinner. For larger celebrations, The Ballroom accommodates up to 150, offering grandeur and warmth with its golden chandeliers and candlelit charm. Each space invites a seamless transition from feasting to dancing.
The venue operates as a dry hire, meaning couples are responsible for sourcing their own suppliers, including catering and bar services. Euridge provides a recommended supplier list of professionals familiar with the estate, but couples are also welcome to bring in their own trusted teams.
There is no corkage charge, and the venue includes use of onsite kitchen facilities for caterers, as well as tables and chairs to minimise unnecessary deliveries. One set of chairs is provided for the ceremony and can be reused for dining.
Music curfews differ by booking type, weekend weddings may continue until 12:30am, while midweek celebrations must conclude by 11pm.
