Documented as early as 1286, Mas del Sord carries the imprint of centuries of history. Once a refuge for monks and merchant travellers, the estate’s original stone structures now frame a contemporary eco-hotel that respects its origins while embracing modern luxury and comforts. Restored with care and character, the architecture preserves a rural vernacular; sloped tiled roofs, timber beams, and limewashed walls, while its interiors are warm, minimalist, and elegantly understated.
