A Tuscan Celebration with Orchard Hues and New York Soul
Photographed by Kristina Ferri Photography
When Christine and Chang touched down in Tuscany from New York, they brought with them not just a guest list of close friends and family, but an unmistakable sense of joy. Set against the sun-washed backdrop of Conti di San Bonifacio—a rustic wine resort tucked into the rolling hills—their wedding felt like a living postcard, but with all the warmth of real emotion.
From the very beginning, the mood was unmistakably playful. The morning began with matching mint-green pyjamas, heart-shaped sunglasses, and clinking champagne flutes. The energy? Contagious. These weren’t just bridal party portraits—they were scenes of genuine connection, captured with a lightness that threaded through the entire day.
The ceremony setup was framed by fruit baskets and overflowing florals, nodding to the couple’s fresh, orchard-inspired palette. In the words of photographer Kristina Ferri, “True emotions and vivid theme colours made this day unforgettable.” That mix of warmth and colour ran through every detail, from apple-laden reception tables to the pastel gelato cart parked nearby—where Christine, in her lace-bodiced gown, was seen stealing the most joyful spoonfuls.
Dinner unfolded under golden light, a long table dressed with crisp linens, soft blooms, and Tuscan views that made time feel slower. Later, guests gathered around a dessert table where sparklers burst like fireworks as the couple sliced into a berry-studded mille-feuille, still wearing their aprons from the spontaneous cake-cutting moment.
Whether it was the ride on the vintage Vespa or the barefoot walk beneath string lights at night, the spirit of this wedding was less about grand statements and more about presence. “Christine and Chang had a beautiful wedding,” Kristina said simply—and perhaps that’s all that really needs to be said.
